The Mechanicsville Cemetery was established in 1898 under the auspices of the then Governor, Daniel H. Hastings. The 10 acre tract is just on the outskirts of Doylestown in the township of Buckingham. It is located on Durham Road (Rte. 413) just north of the intersection with Mechanicsville Road. Although the cemetery is adjacent to a church, it is an independent, non-denominational, non-sectarian association where all are welcomed.

The Mechanicsville Cemetery was established by concerned friends and neighbors to voluntarily look after a final resting place for their families. We presently represent a long line of volunteers who have the same purpose.

Mechanicsville Cemetery is an idyllic, tranquil setting punctuated by azalia shrubs and tall cedars.

The names of the buried can be found by:
- Contacting the cemetery (215-794-8446)
- Going to Find a Grave
- Visiting Geneology Society of Bucks County (under construction)

If you wish to donate to the cemetery or volunteer to help please call 215-794-8446.
